People dealing with unpaid invoices, payment for completed work, missing wages or another overdue payment can use our free check. Different situations call for different next steps: for example, employment wages are not treated as commercial invoice debts.

What you get for free

Our free tool offers an editable message, a suggested next step and links to relevant official guidance. It works in your browser without asking for your bank details or taking payment.

Our planned managed service

We intend to offer a case-reviewed, authorised payment-status enquiry service. EKENU would not contact anyone on your behalf without checking eligibility, confirming written authority and having you approve the proposed wording. We are not currently taking orders for it.
