Privacy notice

Last updated: 11 October 2026. This is a preliminary privacy notice for the current free-tool website. It must be completed with the operator's legal identity and contact address before collecting case data through any future paid service.

The free payment check

The current form calculates results in your browser using JavaScript. It does not submit the case details to EKENU or store them on a server. The message copy and text-file download features are performed by your browser. Avoid using a shared device if the details are confidential.

If you email us

If you contact [email protected], we receive the name, address, message and any additional information you choose to send. We use the correspondence to answer your enquiry and manage any follow-up you request. We use Gmail to receive and retain those emails. Do not send sensitive identity documents or financial account credentials until a secure process is provided.

Hosting and necessary technical data

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process routine network information, including your IP address, for site delivery, performance and security. The pages also request fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive network request information. We do not currently use a website analytics or advertising tracker.

Your choices and rights

In the UK, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, depending on the circumstances. Contact [email protected] to ask about information in email correspondence. You can also seek guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office.

Before paid services launch

We will publish the full controller identity, retention details, lawful bases, payment processor information and any necessary consent/authorisation terms before accepting payments or case submissions.
