Free website tool

The EKENU website provides general UK payment-support information, an automated message-drafting tool and links to independent guidance. It is not legal advice, a solicitor-client service, regulated debt collection, or a promise that you will be paid. The draft may need editing to fit your facts. You remain responsible for checking it before sending it.

Different kinds of cases

Commercial invoices, private disputes, employment wages and consumer debts may involve different laws, protections and deadlines. Some cases may be unsuitable for our planned managed service. For unpaid wages, seek timely independent help from Acas. You should obtain specialist advice when deadlines or large sums are involved.

Payment and managed service

The £39 Payment Follow-up Pack is a proposed personalised document service, not currently purchasable through the website. Stripe checkout setup has begun, but public ordering is not open. EKENU-managed contact is a distinct service in development. Before launch we will publish a separate clear offer specifying scope, eligibility, UK consumer cancellation rights where applicable, refund terms and operator details. Any future outreach requires separate written authorisation and customer approval.

Responsible use

Do not use this tool to send false payment demands, threats, impersonation or harassment. We do not verify a free-tool user's claim about any alleged debt.
