Cancel your EKENU service.

If you wish to cancel your order, use this form or email support@ekenu.com. You don't have to explain why.

Submit cancellation notice

We record the time your cancellation notice reaches EKENU. We will review the order and any refund due. A cancellation request isn't itself a confirmation that Stripe has issued a card refund. Refunds normally return to the original method of payment.
