Support for the whole payment journey.
EKENU is being built around a simple idea: money you're owed should be easier to understand, organise and follow up.
EKENU Resolve — available now
Use our free payment check to prepare a measured message and identify sensible next steps. There is no account to create and no payment required. This tool runs in your browser and does not send the form details to us.

£39 Payment Follow-up Pack — preparing to launch
The personalised pack will include professional reminder drafts, a suggested timeline, a case-record checklist and situation-specific next-step guidance. It is a document service and does not include EKENU contacting the other party. A Stripe payment link is configured, but ordering will open only once secure intake, delivery and customer terms are finalised.
Managed enquiries — planned, not taking orders
For eligible situations, EKENU plans to offer authorised payment-status enquiries on behalf of customers, with case review, written authority and approval of the exact message before sending. Not all debts or employment disputes will qualify. This is a separate planned service; its scope, eligibility and price have not yet been finalised.

EKENU Track — in development
A future dashboard for tracking amounts owed, agreed dates, reminders and correspondence, with private customer records and permissions.
EKENU Pay & Protect — in development
Future tools may include Stripe-hosted payment links, invoice organisation, payment agreements and deposit milestones. EKENU does not currently hold customer funds, provide escrow, insure payments or guarantee recovery.
Who can use the free check?
People waiting for an invoice, payment for work, wages or other money may use the free check. Guidance differs by situation: employment wage issues can have strict time limits and require appropriate help from Acas; commercial debt rules are not applied automatically to wages or personal disputes.
