What could EKENU help with?

Rather than automatically chasing people, the proposed business workspace starts by organising the facts.

  1. See what is overdue. Group invoices by age and status.
  2. Spot potential hold-ups. Record missing approvals and paperwork.
  3. Prepare a measured question. Review a factual status enquiry before use.
  4. Keep records clear. Log actual replies, changes and outcomes.

Real integrations and automated messaging are not enabled.

Sample follow-up preparation

Expand the examples to see how an authorised, reviewed enquiry could be prepared. These messages are never sent by this preview.

Example: invoice is overdue but not disputed
Subject: Administrative status check — DEMO-INV-104 Hello Accounts Team, Could you please confirm whether invoice DEMO-INV-104 has been received and whether any paperwork or approval is outstanding? If your records differ, please let us know so the details can be checked. Kind regards, [Your business name]

The sender must verify the real invoice, recipient, authority and circumstances before sending any message.

Example: invoice has been disputed

The recommended step is to pause routine follow-up, review the disagreement, and obtain appropriate advice if needed. EKENU does not make a legal determination or send an automatic demand.
