EKENU Complete is a proposed £39 one-off service per accepted case: up to 30 days of relevant tools, ten report runs, one separately authorised human-reviewed factual written enquiry, and one appropriate reviewed follow-up. Complete includes relevant case-preparation tools as well as separately authorised, reviewed correspondence. There is no need to buy Suite for those included tools.
EKENU does not collect money, issue legal demands or guarantee payment. Original businesses remain responsible for their transactions.
Business questions
Can I import actual invoices into the public preview?
No. Only fictional data is shown publicly. Private records are locked behind membership checks and are not open for customer use yet.
Does EKENU automatically chase people?
No. No automatic customer reminders or messaging are enabled.
Is EKENU an accounting platform?
Not yet. It does not connect to accounting systems, payment providers or your customers' accounts.
